Intro to Strength Training

Curious about strength training but not sure where to start? This welcoming intro session will walk you through the basics—simple, effective movements, proper form, and what to expect in our weekly classes. Great for beginners or anyone wanting a refresher.



Weekly Strength Training Begins


Starting the week of January 5

Our regular strength training classes kick off for the year. Expect foundational strength work, balance, standing core, and practical movements that support everyday life. Bring your own weights or use what’s available.




In-Studio Balance Workshop


January 16 | 10:30 AM

A focused, practical workshop dedicated to balance—an essential skill for strength, confidence, and long-term mobility. Ideal for all levels and especially valuable as we age.



Barre & Restorative Yoga (First of the Year!)


January 21

Ease into the year with a cozy, calming Barre & Restorative Yoga class. Bring a pillow and blanket, get comfortable, and enjoy deep relaxation and gentle movement.
