Intro to Strength Training Series for Active Agers
This fall and winter, build confidence, strength, and energy with Welly’s Intro to Strength Training series — designed especially for adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life.
Each 45-minute session is welcoming, supportive, and focused on safe, effective strength exercises. You’ll leave feeling empowered — and with a take-home workout plan so you can keep practicing at home.

Time: 10:30 am – 11:15 am
Cost: $17.50 per session (includes GST)

#1 Full Body Workout with Two Weights —
October 31st
Learn the fundamentals of strength training using two dumbbells. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their technique, build total-body strength, and increase confidence with weights.
#2 Core & Balance Workout —
January 16th
A gentle yet challenging session to strengthen your midsection and improve posture, balance, and stability — essential for staying active, mobile, and independent.
#3 Kettlebell Full Body Workout —
February 6th
Discover how to move with power and flow using kettlebells. This session focuses on form, coordination, and developing strength you can feel in your everyday life.
