  • Description: Join our Welly Fit Squad for a dynamic group personal training circuit that changes monthly. Each session begins with a group warm-up, followed by core exercises. You'll then move through various stations, spending each song on a different set of exercises targeting all major muscle groups. The class concludes with a group cool down. Enjoy the motivation of a team atmosphere, expert guidance, and a fun, ever-changing workout.
