Welly Fit Virtual Morning Strength and Conditioning Classes

  • Description: Kickstart your day with an invigorating strength and conditioning workout designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and boost overall fitness. These virtual morning classes are structured to provide a challenging and effective workout, helping you achieve your fitness goals and start your day with energy and strength. All levels welcome.

Welly Move & Groove Fitness 

  • Location: In Studio

  • Time: 12:00 - 1:00 pm

  • Description: This dynamic and energizing class combines cardiovascular exercise with movements like lunges, squats, and deadlifts. Perfect for moderate fitness levels, participants can expect a fun-filled energy workout that builds strength and improves coordination and balance. Enjoy a fun and engaging way to stay fit while grooving to your favorite tunes.

Tuesday

Legs & Core Strength

  • Location: In Studio

  • Time: 12:00 - 1:00 pm

  • Description: Get ready to build a solid foundation from the ground up! This focused strength training class targets your lower body and core to improve stability, power, and posture. Using a mix of bodyweight, resistance bands, and dumbbells, you’ll challenge your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and abs through progressive, low-impact movements. Whether you’re training for better balance, stronger legs, or a more supported spine, this class will leave you feeling grounded, energized, and strong. All levels welcome—modifications provided.
