Welly Fit Squad Small Group Personal Training

  • Location: In Studio

  • Time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

  • Description: Experience the benefits of personalized training in a supportive, small group setting. This class offers tailored workout plans designed to meet individual goals, whether it's building strength, improving balance, or gaining lean muscle. With close attention from a personal trainer, participants receive the professional guidance needed to achieve their fitness objectives. Bring indoor runners.

 

Welly Move & Groove Fitness

  • Description: This dynamic and energizing class combines cardiovascular exercise with movements like lunges, squats, and deadlifts. Perfect for moderate fitness levels, participants can expect a fun-filled energy workout that builds strength and improves coordination and balance. Enjoy a fun and engaging way to stay fit while grooving to your favorite tunes.

Welly Yoga: Mobility & Yin Yoga & Yoga Restore
