Class Times


Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

7:30–8:00 a.m. PST


Thursday sessions are recorded and emailed Friday morning — perfect if you miss a class!


Program Options



Option #1 – 1 day/week (8 sessions): $63

Option #2 – 2 days/week (16 sessions): $105

Option #3 – 3 days/week (23 sessions): $147.50

(no class April 6 2026 Easter)


Equipment Needed



  • Two sets of weights


    • One light

    • One medium to heavy

  • Optional equipment l: Kettlebell, 9" pilates ball, leg band


Weekly Focus


  • Week 1: Balance

  • Week 2: Kettlebells

  • Week 3: Full Body

  • Week 4: Conditioning

  • Week 5: Legs

  • Week 6: Hips

  • Week 7: Core

  • Week 8: Upper Body
