Gentle Online Pilates Returns This January


After a cozy and connected fall season, our Gentle Online Pilates series is back for the new year — and we can’t wait to move with you again.


Starting Monday, January 12th, we’ll meet every two weeks from 8:00–8:30 am (PST) for a calm, energizing start to your week. Each 30-minute class focuses on gentle core strength, posture, breath, and balance — all from the comfort of your home.

February 9 & 23

March 9 & 23


This series is perfect for all levels — whether you’re easing back into movement, looking to complement your regular routine, or simply craving 30 peaceful minutes to reconnect with your body.
