If you want to begin the new year with more strength, energy, and confidence, this four-week in-studio program is for you. Designed specifically for active agers, this series focuses on functional strength, balance, and mobility—helping you move better, feel better, and live better.

Strength Program Cost: $84 for one day per week for the month(4 sessions)

Week 1: Legs
Week 2: Light Cardio & Conditioning
Week 3: Squats, Lunges & Deadlifts
Week 4: Kettlebell Moves
