Intro to Strength Training Session — January 3 2026 1-2pm

Curious about strength training and looking for a program that feels supportive, effective, and age-appropriate? Join us for an Intro to Strength Training Session, thoughtfully designed for active agers who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies.
This one-hour session is a well-rounded introduction to the style of strength training we offer. While each week of the full program will be different, this session brings together a little bit of everything so you know exactly what to expect.
During the session, we’ll explore:
Squats, lunges, and deadlifts for everyday strength
Kettlebell movements for functional power
Light cardio and conditioning
Balance training to support stability and fall prevention
Standing core and upper-body exercises for posture and confidence
All movements are adaptable, with a focus on proper form, safety, and progress at your own pace.

You’re welcome to bring your own weights, or use ours. This session is suitable for beginners and those returning to strength training, and you’re encouraged to come with questions or concerns.
