6-Week Strength Program



If you want to start the new year feeling strong, energized, and confident, this six-week program is for you! Designed specifically for active agers, this program focuses on functional strength, balance, and mobility — helping you move better, feel better, and live better.

Program Dates


January 5 – February 12, 2026


Class Times:

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays · 7:30–8:00 a.m. PST

(Thursday sessions are recorded and emailed Friday morning — perfect if you miss a class!)


Program Options 1,2,3



  • Program #1 - 1 day/week (6 sessions): $50

  • Program #2 - 2 days/week (12 sessions): 90

  • Program #3 - 3 days/week (18 sessions): $125


Equipment Needed


Two sets of weights — one light and one medium to heavy

 

Weekly Focus



  1. Week 1: Legs

  2. Week 2: Light Cardio & Conditioning

  3. Week 3: Squats, Lunges & Deadlifts

  4. Week 4: Kettlebells moves (your welcome to use one weight or a kettlebell)

  5. Week 5: Balance & Upper Body

  6. Week 6: Standing Core & Wall Sits
