Our Gentle Pilates Journey — An Update
In mid-October, I began offering free Pilates classes as part of my Pilates Instructor Training—a way to learn, practice, grow, and share the experience with our community. Since then, I’ve taught over 15 classes, and every single one has been such a delight. I am hearing "this is perfect for my body" and "just what I need right now"!
As we move into winter, I’m excited to announce that our new sign-ups are now open for December, January, and mid-February. A few spots are still available if you’d like to join our Gentle Pilates Movement—a space where we slow down, breathe, and reconnect with our bodies in a supportive, mind-body environment. Classes are offered both online and in our studio.
Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning after time away, or simply looking for a calm and grounding practice, these classes are designed to meet you where you are.
