A Perfect Time to Start (or Continue!) Your Welly Journey


Hi everyone,


I’m absolutely loving our momentum, and I’m so excited to move through December together. It’s hard to believe how quickly this year has flown by — and whether you’ve been training with us all year or you’re brand new and curious about Welly, this is the perfect time to jump in.


December is a short, energizing session that gives you a real taste of our style: efficient, supportive, strength-focused workouts created for busy people who want to feel strong, confident, and consistent.


What’s Coming Up This December


Our December online program runs Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:30–8:00 am, from December 1–16 2025

Classes will pause for the holidays and resume January 5, 2026.


Each class is designed to be effective, fun, and doable — even on busy mornings:


  • Mondays: Cardio & Full Body

  • Tuesdays: Legs

  • Thursdays: Strength & Conditioning



Our first December class begins December 1st — a great kickoff whether you’re continuing your routine or starting new habits.



Program Pricing


Pick the option that fits your schedule:


  • 3 Sessions: $21.50

  • 6 Sessions: $40

  • 8 Sessions: $52


Other options:

  • 10-Class Pass: $75 (valid for 3 months)

    If you already have a 10-class pass, please record the classes you attend.


Payment can be made via e-transfer to wellyacademyinfo@gmail.com.
