Move, Recharge & Enjoy the Season

December is here, and with it comes the hustle, the holidays, and, yes, the need to carve out time for yourself. At Welly, we’re all about making that hour—or even half an hour—just for you. Whether online or in-studio, our classes are a chance to move, breathe, and recharge while being part of a joyful, supportive community. Time flies—it’s already almost December 2025!—and taking this time for yourself makes all the difference.
Our December Programs
We’ve got a full schedule to keep you strong, energized, and moving with intention from December 1-16 2025, then we take a break until January 5 2026.
In-Studio Classes
Cozy, community-driven, and energizing. One spot is available in our Tuesday 12–1 p.m. program, featuring:

Strength training
Core work
A relaxing stretch to finish
Online Morning Program
Early but energizing—Mondays Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 am PST—our online classes give you a full-body workout and leave you buzzing with energy for the day. Perfect for busy schedules, wherever you are.
Free Pilates Program
Continuing through March, our Pilates classes are a gentle, strengthening way to improve mobility, core strength, and balance. Everyone is welcome.
