Join Our Walk-Run Group!
Are you ready to take the first step toward a healthier you? Our Walk-Run Group is starting soon, and we’d love for you to join us!
Who is this for?
Beginners to moderate-level participants looking to build their fitness in a supportive, fun environment.
What’s Included:
Weekly outdoor walk/jogs and indoor strength training sessions to build strength and endurance.
A personalized training plan
Time during sessions to set up your own plan for success
A tracking sheet to monitor your progress
Important Note: You will need both outdoor and indoor runners for this program.
Program Details:
Dates: February 28th - April 25th, 2025 (no session April 4th, 2025)
Sessions: Fridays, 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM
Location: Outdoor walk/jogs & indoor strength training at our Private Studio - Address details will be emailed to new members
Final Event: Walk/Run with us at the Times Colonist Run on April 27, 2025!
Cost: $225
Please note: The cost of the program does not include registration for the Times Colonist Run.
