Stay Strong This Summer: Welly’s 2025 Summer Maintenance Schedule
Summer is a time for relaxation, adventure, and making memories—but that doesn’t mean your fitness routine has to take a backseat! At Welly, we believe in keeping movement fun, accessible, and consistent, even during the summer months. That’s why we’re offering a special Summer Maintenance Schedule designed to keep you feeling energized and strong while still allowing time for vacations and summer activities.
Summer Schedule Overview For five weeks this summer—three weeks in July and two weeks in August—we’ll be running a streamlined schedule to help you maintain your progress.
Whether you prefer to move in-studio or online, we have options to keep you active:
📅 Program Dates: July 14–31 & August 11–21, 2025
✅ Mondays & Thursdays | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Move & Groove
✅ Mondays & Thursdays | 7:30 AM - 8:00AM | Virtual Fit

How to Sign Up Spots are limited, so be sure to register by email early! Whether you're a returning member or new to Welly, you can join by emailing us or signing up through the usual channels. Online and in-studio participants are welcome!
