Ready for the simplest, most feel-good challenge of the summer? Join our June 2025 Walking Challenge — no apps, no trackers, just you, your feet, and a group of encouraging movers.


🌿 How It Works

Every day in June, take a walk. For every 10 minutes you walk, text our group 1 emoji. That’s it!

  • Walk 10 minutes? Text 👟

  • Walk 20 minutes? 👟👟

  • Walk 40 minutes? 👟👟👟👟


Any emoji works! Use your creativity — feet, hearts, sunshine, coffee cups, dogs. This is your walk, your way. 🌞🐾🌸
