8 Weeks to Strength: One Class a Week That Works
Staying strong, steady, and confident doesn’t have to mean hours at the gym. For active agers, the right program is simple, safe, and effective—and it fits into your life.
That’s exactly what my 8-Week Strength Program is designed to do. With just one 30-minute class each week (live on Zoom), you’ll build strength, improve balance, and gain the energy you need for the activities you love—gardening, travel, walking, playing with grandchildren, or simply moving through daily life with ease.

Weekly replays + workout plans — so you can practice anytime, at your own pace.
Progression built in — each week builds on the last, giving you strength, balance, and confidence step by step.
Your 8-Week Journey
Week 1: Squats, deadlifts, rows, and bicep curls (strength basics).
Week 2: Balance training for steadiness and fall prevention.
Week 3: Kettlebell training for power and cardio.
Week 4: Yoga for strength, posture, and mobility.
Week 5: Lower body power (legs that keep you moving with ease).
Week 6: Hip strength and mobility to protect your back and knees.
Week 7: Core strength on the mat (back, abs, and sides).
Week 8: Full-body strength to bring it all together.
Program Details
Dates: October 23 – December 11, 2025
Time: Thursdays, 7:30–8:00 AM (Zoom)
Equipment: 1 kettlebell + 2 dumbbells (light to medium)
Replays & Plans: Delivered weekly, yours to keep
Investment: $60 +gst for the full 8 weeks
