Our Wellies wrapped up an incredible 8 weeks of workouts — designed to build strength, balance, and confidence. Here’s what we covered together:
Week 1 – Full Body with Two Weights
A strong, simple start focusing on major muscle groups and building consistency.
Week 2 – Balance Routine
Slow, steady movements designed to improve stability and body awareness.
Week 3 – Kettlebells
A fun introduction (or refresher!) to kettlebell foundations and safe technique.
Week 4 – Standing Gentle Yoga Flow
Breath, lengthening, and grounding movements to reset mid-program.
Week 5 – Leg Workout
Glutes, quads, hamstrings — we targeted it all for lower-body strength.
Week 6 – Hips
Mobility + activation = happy hips!
Week 7 – Core Workout Plan
A standing and floor-friendly sequence to strengthen your abs
Week 8 – Full Body Finish
A strong, energizing full-body routine to wrap up the series.
