As we step into the new year, it’s the perfect time to refresh a few things — including our waivers.
To keep everyone safe and supported, we kindly ask all ongoing clients to complete a new waiver every two years. This helps us stay up to date with your health and ensures we’re always offering you the right exercises for your needs.
Waiver schedule for ongoing clients:
January 2026 – new waiver due
January 2028 – next update
We know that by being part of Welly, you’re becoming stronger and healthier — which means setbacks are less likely! But just in case, we like to be preventative and proactive. If your health changes at any time — whether through an injury, a setback, or a new diagnosis — please complete a new waiver right away. This way, we can continue to support you safely and keep your workouts effective.
