At Welly Academy, we’re all about building strength, community, and consistency — and this fall, we’re making it easier than ever to stay on track with our updated class schedule. Whether you love starting your day with a quick virtual sweat or prefer the energy of in-studio training, we’ve got you covered.



Fall 2025 Weekly Class Schedule


Virtual Morning Classes (30 minutes)


Start your day strong — from home.

Time: 7:30–8:00 AM

Starts back September 4th 2025

Days:


  • Monday: Full Boy & Cardio

  • Tuesdays: Legs & Balance

  • Thursday: Strength & Full Body

Perfect for busy mornings, these short, effective workouts will energize your day and help you build strength, balance, and consistency — all before 8 AM.



In-Studio Midday Classes (60 minutes)


Join us in person for a full-body experience.

Time: 12:00–1:00 PM

Starts back September 2025

Days:


  • Monday: Move & Groove Full Body (Moderate +)

  • Tuesday: Legs, & Core (All Levels)

  • Thursday: Move & Groove Full Body (Moderate +)


Cost:

$20/session + gst - with a full month commitment


These one-hour sessions offer variety, community, and personalized support in a welcoming studio environment.


Key Dates:


  • Sign-Up Opens: August 20, 2025

  • Training Begins: September 4, 2025



Spaces are limited — especially for in-studio sessions — so mark your calendar and get ready to claim your spot! 6 people per class minimum, max 9.
