Looking to ease back into a routine? Our 30-minute Zoom workouts are fun, welcoming, and a great way to feel strong this season — no pressure, just consistent movement you can feel good about.


Great for beginners, Join from home, Only 30 minutes and All you need is two light weights

Mondays @ 7:30 AM – Full Body & Cardio

Start your week with energy and full-body movement.


Tuesdays @ 7:30 AM – Legs & Core

Strengthen your foundation and move with confidence.


Thursdays @ 7:30 AM – Strength & Conditioning

Build muscle, tone, and support strong, healthy joints.


It’s a great time to try something new and feel good doing it.


Fall Pricing:

• 1x/week: $27.40

• 2x/week: $40

• 3x/week: $78

• 10-class pass (good for 6 months): $75

Using a 10-class pass? Please keep track of your 10 sessions.
