Have you ever found yourself saying, “I’m just not good at online programs or home workouts”? I hear this all the time, and it’s a common barrier many face. But I’m here to assist you in showing up for yourself, whether it's with us at Welly Academy or on your own!
Let’s Think About Revamping Our Belief Systems
Belief: I'm always too tired to workout at the end of my day.
New Thought: I am going to do it when I have energy (e.g. at 8:30 AM, so it’s done and I have energy all day long).
Belief: It takes too long.
New Thought: It will take me one minute to get into it, and once completed, I’ll have more motivation to do my other projects.
Belief: I deserve to rest after the day I had.
New Thought: I deserve to be healthy and mobile for the rest of my life.
Belief: My family needs me.
New Thought: I am of better use to my family when I am taking care of myself first.
Belief: I can show up for the instructor with no problem.
New Thought: I can show up for myself because I am important and worthy.
Belief: It’s too hard.
New Thought: I have done way harder tasks many times and nailed them.
Belief: I don’t know what I’m doing.
New Thought: I will know what I am doing after a few weeks of working with a professional trainer and I can ask any questions that come to mind
