Sometimes all we need is a fresh start, a little accountability, and a fun reason to move again.
That’s exactly why we created Momentum Month — a simple 4-week fitness reset designed to help you feel stronger, more energized, and more consistent without overwhelming workouts or complicated routines.
Whether you’re getting back into fitness, looking for variety, or wanting a supportive group to move with, this month is built to help you create momentum that actually lasts.
June 1–26, 2026
Mondays — 7:30 AM
Legs + Cardio Start your week with strength, movement, and a little sweat.
Tuesdays — 8:00 AM
Kettlebells Build full-body strength, power, and energy in just 30 minutes.
Thursdays — 7:30 AM
Momentum Mix A fun mix of: Barre • Balance • Standing Core • Kettlebells • Yoga
Every Thursday is different, so you’ll never get bored.

Investment Options
• 1 class/week — $31.50 (4 sessions)
• 2 classes/week — $63 (8 sessions)
• 3 classes/week — $81.50 (12 sessions)
Bonus Perk
All thursday classes are recorded and added to the Welly workout library so you can replay them anytime. Plus Week 1, we'll record Monday & Tuesdays class so you have access to all the workout options for June!
Equipment Needed
• 2 light-to-medium weights• 1 kettlebell (or a dumbbell alternative works too!)
