May is the perfect time to refresh your fitness routine and focus on building strength, improving movement, and feeling great in your body. Whether you prefer working out from home or joining a community in-studio, this month’s program offers a clear path to help you reach your wellness goals.


What to Expect This Month


  • Week 1: Legs and Balance

Strengthen your lower body and improve stability. Exercises will focus on leg muscles and balance drills to support everyday movement and reduce injury risk.


  • Week 2: Glutes and Upper Body

Target your glutes and upper body muscles to enhance posture, power, and overall strength. This week includes resistance exercises that activate key muscle groups.


  • Week 3: Conditioning, Hips and Core

Boost cardiovascular fitness while focusing on hip mobility and core strength.


  • Week 4: Full Body Kettlebells

Engage your entire body with kettlebell workouts designed to build strength, coordination, and functional fitness.



How to Get Started


To help you get a clear idea of what the program involves, visit the free Workouts section on our website. There, you can watch the Intro Video and try a short sample workout. This sneak peek lets you experience the style and pace of the sessions before committing.


If you prefer a hands-on start, join the In-Studio Intro to Strength Workshop on Friday, May 1st from 1-2pm at Ganges Yoga. This workshop is a great way to learn proper form, ask questions, and connect with others who share your fitness goals. To reserve your spot, simply send an email to the provided contact.
