May & June at Welly: Barre & Restorative Yoga




Focus: Hips, Back & Balance



Spring is a wonderful time to reconnect with your body. As we move more outdoors — walking, gardening, and enjoying longer days — it becomes even more important to support our hips, back, and balance.


This May and June at Welly, we will be offering special Barre and Restorative Yoga sessions designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more relaxed.


Barre will focus on strength, posture, and balance, using small controlled movements to build stability in the hips and core. These classes help support the lower back and improve alignment, which is especially helpful if you spend time sitting, driving, or working at a desk.


Restorative yoga will complement this work by helping the body release tension, slow down, and restore mobility. With longer supported stretches and gentle breathing, these sessions allow the nervous system to settle while giving the hips and back the space they need to relax and recover.


Together, these practices create a beautiful balance of strength and ease.



Wednesday Balance Series



2:00–3:00 PM


  • May 6 — Balance, Hips & Back

  • May 27 — Balance, Hips & Back

  • June 10 — Balance, Hips & Back



These sessions will include:

• gentle strengthening

• balance training

• hip stability work

• back support and mobility

• restorative stretching


All levels are welcome, and options will be offered so you can move at a pace that feels right for your body.
