Free Weekly 30-Minute Strength Training



We’re excited to open up something simple, powerful, and completely free for our Welly community.


Every week, we record my live Thursday 30-minute Zoom strength session and upload it to our website so you can join in anytime that works for you. It’s quick, effective, and designed to help you build strength, consistency, and confidence—without needing a perfect schedule.

Whether you want to train once a week, add a few extra sessions, or just try us out, this is your space to move, strengthen, and explore what Welly Academy is all about.


What to expect

These are real workouts, recorded live.

They’re not heavily edited, not polished studio productions—just real movement, real effort, and real strength training. As a small business, I choose to put my energy into creating effective workouts and supporting our community rather than production.

So yes—some imperfections, but also authenticity, connection, and consistency you can actually stick with.


Our goal

Right now, we have 15 participants.

Our goal is to grow this to 50 people this year—and create a space where more people feel stronger, supported, and motivated in their bodies and routines.
