Move, Glow & Feel Good this Summer!


July will be here in no time, and we are keeping things simple, energizing, and FUN at Welly this summer! Whether you’re joining us online from home or coming into the studio for movement, connection, and laughs, our July schedule is designed to help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.


This month is all about: Maintaining Strength & Staying active during summer. Feeling stronger and more energized. Making movement something you actually look forward to


Online Training

We’ll continue our regular online schedule for two weeks in July so you can stay moving no matter where summer takes you.


Online Schedule July 20-30 2026


Mondays — 7:30 AM Tuesdays — 8:00 AM Thursdays — 7:30 AM

These workouts are efficient, uplifting, and designed for busy people who want strength, mobility, balance, and energy — all before the day really begins.


Online Pricing

$7 per class Choose how many classes you’d like to attend and register by email.

In-Studio Summer Session

Our in-studio classes offerings are from July 20th – July 31st A Minimum of 6 people per session is required to run July in-studio sessions, please rsvp by June 19th. Thankyou!

In-Studio Pricing

$21 per class A minimum commitment of 2 weeks is required for in-studio registration.
