Writing down or logging your workouts can be incredibly motivating. I love using my planner to track my progress. Each time I complete a workout, I cross it off, and that's one of my rewards. Seeing your progress on paper can give you a sense of accomplishment and drive you to keep going.

If you miss a workout, don't worry. Just reschedule it. Cross it out in your planner and write it in a new spot. It’s important to stay flexible and not get discouraged. Life happens, this is the real world. Flexibility ensures you stay on track even when things don’t go as planned. NOBODY IS PERFECT!!!
3. Accountability:Â
Creating accountability is a powerful way to stay committed to your fitness journey. Find an accountability buddy; this is a fun option and effective because you are no longer accountable only to yourself but also to another person. However, for long-term success, focusing on intrinsic motivation is what sets you apart. Remind yourself why you started this journey in the first place. Maybe it's to feel more energetic, improve your health, or set a positive example for your family. When you connect your workouts to these personal goals, it becomes real and it becomes YOU AGAINST YOU. Hell yeah, let's crush it!
4. Pat Yourself on the Back:
Remember, you are worthy of health. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Recognizing and rewarding your efforts can boost your morale and encourage you to keep moving forward.
5. Work at Your Own Pace:Â
Listen to your body and work at a pace that suits you. There’s no rush. Pushing yourself too hard can lead to burnout or injury. Find a balance that keeps you active without overextending yourself.
