Kettlebells, Bicep curls & Gardening!

Meet Sarah — one of our amazing Welly members whose busy work schedule hasn’t stopped her from showing up for herself. I asked Sarah to share what keeps her coming back, and here’s what she had to say:


"My busy work life means long meetings and frequent travel - a tough combination for any workout schedule.  I know regular exercise makes me feel great, but I’m rubbish at trying to do it on my own.  Tanja’s smaller sessions are a lifesaver! - Fun, vibrant and welcoming.  I love the flexibility of combining in studio with virtual sessions that fit around my schedule.  No excuses on being too busy - I’m building strength and increasing muscle mass so I can garden for hours and hike up those hills.  AND, did I mention it is actually fun and I look forward to it!”


My exercise goals:


- have fun so I keep coming back


- build strength and increase muscle mass


- enhance balance and flexibility


- added bonus - my husband, Richard, can come too.  So we get to exercise together!"
