✨ Build Strength. Improve Balance. Feel Stronger in Your Body. ✨

Ready to feel stronger, more stable and confident in your movement?

Join us for a 6-Week Pilates Strength Series, designed to help you build strength progressively while improving your core stability, balance, posture and overall body awareness. We will start with the movements, then add in props like small weights, pilates ball, leg bands & resistance bands.

📅 Wednesdays, September 16 – October 2110:00–11:00 AM🌿 6 weeks of progressive Pilates

This series is perfect if you are:

  • New to Pilates and want to learn the foundations

  • Looking for a safe, effective way to build strength

  • Wanting to improve core and pelvic stability & your gate

  • Ready to work on glutes, hamstrings, quads, upper body, posture and mobility

  • Looking for a supportive, encouraging class where you can progress at your own pace

We'll start with one set of 8 repetitions and gradually build toward three sets of 8 over the six weeks.

You'll work through 10 or so carefully selected Pilates exercises, strengthening your body from the inside out — with exercises for your core, glutes, hips, back and upper body.

Rather than constantly changing exercises, we'll build on what you learn each week, allowing you to feel your strength and confidence grow.

You may be surprised by what your body can do in just six weeks!

🌟 Come for the Pilates. Stay for the strength.

No need to have Pilates experience.Just bring yourself and a willingness to move.

Let's make these six weeks about YOU — getting stronger, moving better and feeling good in your body.
