Training Days:
Mondays & Thursdays from 7:30-8am
Tuesdays 8:00-8:30 am
You will need: 2 weights, optional: kettlebell, 9" pilates ball, leg band
Weekly Focus
Week 1 – Legs: Hamstrings, Quads & Balance
Week 2 – Glutes & Upper Body
Week 3 – Conditioning, Hips & Core
Week 4 – Full Body Power (Kettlebells or One Dumbbell)
