As we move into May and June, Welly is shifting into a rhythm that feels energizing, supportive, and easy to stay consistent with.

Weekly Schedule


MONDAY

7:30–8:00 AM — Strength (Online)

12:00–1:00 PM — Move & Groove (In Studio)


TUESDAY

8:00–8:30 AM — Strength (Online)

2:00–3:00 PM — Move & Groove (In Studio)


WEDNESDAY

9:00–10:00 AM — Pilati Glow (In Studio)

2:00 PM - Barre Restore (In Studio)


THURSDAY

7:30–8:00 AM — Strength (Online)

Class Breakdown


Strength (Online)

Short, effective, and designed to fit into real life. These 30-minute sessions focus on building strength, balance, agility & mobility with simple, progressive movements. Perfect for early mornings when you want to feel accomplished before your day even starts. Standing work only, no mat work. All Levels


Move & Groove (In Studio)

This is your feel-good class. A mix of strength, mobility, power and cardio—all set at a pace that keeps things fun and energizing. You’ll leave feeling worked, but not wiped out. All Levels


Pilati - Glow (In Studio)

Think: core, posture, and that deep muscle activation using small weights, resistance bands, balls & leg weights. This class blends Pilates-inspired movement with a smooth, flowing pace to help you feel stronger, more aligned, and just a little more glowy from the inside out. Gentle to Moderate


Barre Restore (In Studio)

Barre restore is your soft, feel good reset-blending light barre work with small weights to build strength and balance, a gentle core segment on the mat to support stability, and finishing with restorative yoga to stretch, release , and fully unwind; it's a slow, supportive, and perfect for the days when you want to move your body while truly taking care of it
