A Little About Your Teacher
I’m in my 50s.
I only began seriously strength training in the last couple of years. In 2017 I started with walking, then became a barre teacher and personal trainer. Now, strength training has transformed how I feel in my body and mind.
Now it’s my passion to teach it.
Because here’s what I know:
At any age, we can gain muscle.
At any age, we can get stronger.
At any age, we can surprise ourselves.
And it feels so so good!!!! For me, it's about feeling good & energized.
