The Empower Course offers 3 invigorating classes per week.


1. Strength Class (Monday- 7:00 to 7:30 a.m.):

Join us on Monday mornings for dynamic sessions filled with energizing music. These workouts will include a variety of exercises, including squats, calf raises, lunges, and balance routines, all designed to build that lean muscle you love. 


2. Resistance Class (Wednesday - 7:00 to 7:30 a.m.):

Every Wednesday morning, you can reap the rewards of resistance training. This approach can enhance muscle strength, rev up your metabolism, and enhance overall functional fitness. Join us for a session filled with energizing music to add joy and motivation to your fitness routine.


3. Movement + Strength (Friday - 7:00 to 7:30 a.m.):
Conclude your week with an invigorating, 30-minute workout every Friday morning. Experience the motivation of energizing music as you engage in a mix of agility and weighted exercises.


Note: All sessions are held via Zoom. The recurring Zoom links will be emailed to you prior to your first session.
