On the 1st & 15th of each month, you will receive a 15 - 20 minute exercise routine designed to build your foundational strength.
Our certified personal trainer, Tanja Akerman, will guide you through these routines with clear, precise instructions (without music), ensuring that you learn the basics effectively.
All you need are two small weights (1 - 4 lbs) and a positive spirit.
How to Access On-Demand Videos:
After you have purchased the On-Demand Plan, we will give you access to the "ON-DEMAND ACCESS" page within 3 business days which displays your bi-weekly videos.
Please note that each video will be available for a two-week period before being removed.
