Our Warm Beginner Yoga Class
Our 60-minute warm yoga class focuses on three key areas to help you connect with yourself and the warmth within:
• 20 Minutes of Flow: Start with gentle, rhythmic movements to warm up your body and create a sense of energy and grounding.
• 20 Minutes of Stretch: Transition into deeper stretches to release tension, open the body, and promote flexibility.
• 20 Minutes of Restoration: End with calming, restorative poses to relax your mind and leave you feeling nurtured and recharged.
