We're thrilled to kick off a season filled with movement, strength, and wellness. Check out the schedule for our upcoming classes:
September 4:
- 7:00 AM:
Zoomers Start
- 2:00 PM: Pick Up Equipment (Pre-payment required for all programs)
September 5:
- 11:30 AM: Chair Class – A few more spots are still open!
- 12:30 PM: Move & Groove Begins
- 2:00 PM: Small Group Personal Training Starts
- 3:30 PM: Yoga Refresh, Yin Yoga, Journal & Restorative Yoga (Online)
September 6:
- 7:00 AM: Try a Zoom Class for free

Etiquette & Reminders:
- Please bring clean indoor runners for weight training.
- Don’t forget your water bottle and a mat if you prefer to use your own.
- Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early. Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.
