Spring Break Closure & Schedule Updates

We’re taking a short break from March 31 to April 7, and classes will resume the following week!


Here’s what to expect when we’re back:

Online Classes (Zoom)

  • Tuesday, April 8 – 7:00-7:30 AM

  • Wednesday, April 9 – 7:00-7:30 AM

  • Friday, April 11 – 7:00-7:30 AM


    💻 Drop-ins welcome!


In-Studio Classes

  • Thursday, April 10 – Regular schedule resumes

  • Friday, April 11 – 10 km Training Clinic


The Following Week – Back to Normal!

Starting April 14, all classes will return to their regular schedule.


Mondays 11 am Small Group Training

Mondays & Thursdays 12:30 Move & Groove

Thursday 11 am Barre 3 week Series starts

Friday 11 am 10km Training Clinic


Zoom Classes Mondays Wednesdays Fridays 7-7:30am PST

Just because we’re on pause doesn’t mean your movement has to be! Here are a few fun ways to stay active:✅ Go for walks with friends or family✅ Try a quick home workout or yoga stretch✅ Focus on mobility and recovery✅ Get outside—spring is a great time to explore!
