As we plan our restorative yoga sessions for the upcoming year, we are thrilled to share some of the themes we’ll be exploring from winter into spring:

March: Healthy Habits & Routines


 

Each session is a chance to go inward, reflect, and connect with yourself on a deeper level. We’ve been crafting thoughtful questions to guide your self-discovery because no one understands you better than you do.


 

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the reflective questions we’ll explore:


January: Mindfulness

  • What is one small way I can bring more presence into my daily life?

  • How do I react to stress, and how can I ground myself in those moments?

  • What does it feel like to truly pause and notice my breath?


February: Self-Love & Authenticity

  • What does self-love look like for me today?

  • How can I show up as my most authentic self in my relationships?

  • What makes me unique, and how can I honour that?


March: Healthy Habits & Routines

  • What daily habits bring me energy and joy?

  • How do I want to feel at the start and end of my day?

  • What small change can I make today to align with my health goals?


 

These yoga sessions aren’t just about movement—they’re a sacred space for inner exploration, growth, and connection. We can’t wait to guide you on this journey of self-awareness and transformation. 🌿✨
