Final Free Pilates Series Begins mid February

We’re excited to share that February 18th marks the start of our final free Pilates series — a special round as we wrap up this chapter and look ahead to what’s coming next.
In this series, I’ll be teaching Gentle Pilates and Moderate Pilates, all within the same class structure. This means you’ll always have a choice:
stay with the gentle option, or
explore the moderate variation, depending on how your body feels that day.
This approach allows you to move at your own pace while continuing to build strength, mobility, and confidence in your Pilates practice.
Filming & Extra Form Support
During this round, we’ll be doing a small amount of filming to submit as part of a course requirement.
Two classes will film the instructor only - In Studio, plus one online
Two classes will include filming of participants - In Studio, plus one online
Everyone welcome to sign up to 6 more sessions for free, please sign up at the studio

Feb 16 9-10am
Feb 19 1:15-1:45pm
Feb 25 2-3 pm (Filming Instructor, Demo Session)
Feb 27 9-10am
March 6 9-10 am (Filming Participants, Instructor Cueing each person's form)
March 10 1:15-1:45 pm
March 13 9-10 am
March 16 1:15 - 1:45 pm
March 18 9-10 am (Filming Instructor, Demo Session)
March 25 9-10 am (Filming Participants, Instructor Cueing each person's form)
If you’re in a class where participants are filmed, this will be used only for the course. In Studio sign up will indicate this. We would love for you to participate but understand if you would rather not be filmed.
One of the benefits of this filming round is that I’ll be moving around the room more intentionally — checking in on hips, posture, alignment, and overall form. This makes it a wonderful opportunity to receive extra personal feedback and fine-tuning as part of your Pilates journey with Welly.
Final Class & What’s Next
Our last and final free Pilates class is tentatively planned for March 25th.
From there, Pilates will continue as a paid offering:
Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. starting in April
Fall schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00 a.m.
