Training Resumes November 18 – Join Us for a Power-Packed Session!


After our fall break, we’re excited to kick off our next training block starting Monday, November 18, running through to December 13. It’s time to power back up and finish the year strong! 💪


Whether you’re a regular attendee or considering joining us for the first time, our programs are  designed to keep you moving, motivated, and feeling great.



New to Welly Academy? Start with a Fitness Consult!


If you’re new to our community or want to level up your fitness journey, a one-on-one fitness consult with Tanja is the perfect way to get started. During the consult, Tanja will assess your fitness level, discuss your goals, and tailor recommendations to help you succeed.


What to Expect

Over the next few weeks, we’ll combine:

🔥 Cardio – Get your heart pumping and improve endurance.

💪 Kettlebells – Build strength and stability with dynamic movements.

✨ Core – Strengthen and tone your core for better posture and overall performance. 🎯 Resistance Training – Sculpt and strengthen with targeted exercises.


Our programs are perfect for all fitness levels, with modifications available to suit your individual needs.
