New Class: Pilates Strength & Balance
We’re excited to officially welcome Pilates Strength & Balance to the schedule starting tomorrow—and there are still a few spaces available!
This class was created for anyone looking to improve strength, balance, mobility, and posture in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re already active or just getting started, you’ll leave feeling stronger, taller, and more energized.
How the Class Works
15 Minutes of Standing Strength & Balance
We begin with standing exercises designed to strengthen the legs, glutes, core, and upper body while improving balance and stability. Using Pilates & Barre-inspired movements and light resistance, you’ll challenge your muscles in ways that support everyday movement and healthy aging.
30 Minutes of Pilates Mat Work
Next, we’ll move to the mat for focused Pilates exercises that strengthen the core, improve posture, increase mobility, and build full-body strength. The controlled, intentional movements help create a strong foundation while improving coordination and body awareness.
Stretch & Restore
We finish each class with a relaxing stretch session to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored before heading back into your day.
