Monday Motivation: Your Perfect Start


7:00 - 7:30 AM: Welly Fit Virtual Studio

Start your Monday mornings right with our Welly Fit Virtual Studio session. This 30-minute class is designed to invigorate your body and mind, setting a positive tone for the rest of your day. Whether you're at home or on the go, you can join us virtually and enjoy a comprehensive workout that fits your schedule.


11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Welly Fitness Crew - Group Personal Training

Mid-morning, join the Welly Fitness Crew for an hour of group personal training. This session is perfect for those looking to build strength and camaraderie. Tanja provides personalized guidance within a supportive small group setting, ensuring you get the most out of every workout.


12:30 - 1:30 PM: Move & Groove Fitness Class

Wrap up your Monday fitness journey with our high-energy Move & Groove Fitness Class. This in-studio session is all about fun and fitness, combining cardio and dance to keep you moving and grooving. It’s a fantastic way to burn calories, improve coordination, and have a blast while doing it.

Wednesday:


7:00 - 7:30 AM: Welly Fit Virtual Studio

Just like Monday, jump-start your Wednesday with a quick yet effective virtual workout.


9:30 - 10:30 AM: Welly Fit Squad - Group Personal Training Circuit

Join our mid-morning group personal training circuit for an intense, circuit-style workout that targets all major muscle groups. It’s a great way to build strength and endurance while enjoying the camaraderie of your fitness peers.


Thursday Thrives


11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Welly Fitness Crew - Group Personal Training

Continue your fitness journey with another robust group personal training session designed to push your limits and help you achieve your goals.


12:30 - 1:30 PM: Move & Groove Fitness Class

End your Thursday on a high note with another round of our Move & Groove Fitness Class. Perfect for dance and fitness enthusiasts alike, this class ensures you stay active and energized.

For June, we have an exciting lineup of sessions focusing on Foundation, Core, Hips, Yoga, Resistance Bands, and Back Stretching and Mobility.


How to Join:


- Sign-Up: Available anytime via email or in the studio.

- Drop-Ins: Can be booked the day prior to the class by 2:30 PM.

- Make-Ups: Schedule the morning of the class between 8-9 AM via email.
