Whether you’re new to exercise or simply looking to refresh your routine, these beginner-friendly sessions provide a supportive and informative environment to help you get started.

September 6th, 1:00 - 1:30 PM

Standing Stretches & Mobility for Hips and Back

Learn essential stretches and mobility exercises to enhance flexibility and reduce discomfort in your hips and back.


September 13th, 11:00 - 11:30 AM

Strength Training with Weights

Discover the basics of strength training with weights, focusing on standing exercises that target major muscle groups.


September 27th, 11:00 - 11:30 AM

Resistance Training

Explore resistance training techniques using body weight and resistance bands to build strength and endurance.


 


 

All Small Group Sessions: 1-3 people

Price Per Session: $15.75
