Mondays (5 Sessions):
- 7:00-7:30 AM: Welly Fit Virtual Studio
- 11:00 AM-12:00 PM: In Studio Welly Fit Squad - Small Group Personal Training
- 12:30-1:30 PM: In Studio Move & Groove Fitness
- 2:00-3:00 PM: Personal Training Package (In Studio or Zoom)
- 3:15-3:45 PM: Free Fitness Consult (In Studio or Zoom)
Wednesdays (6 Sessions):
