Two Ways to Join:

- Zoom Clients: Enjoy 30-minute live workouts from the comfort of your home, designed to fit into your busy schedule while still delivering results.


- In-Studio Clients: Join us in person for 60-minute full-body workouts, perfect for those who want a more immersive training experience.


No matter which option you choose, you’ll be following the same program and receiving the same level of support, motivation, and accountability.


What’s Included for Everyone:

Every participant—Zoom or in-studio—gets the same workout options and variety. Here's what you can expect:


1. Core & Upper Body Workouts – Build a strong foundation with targeted core and upper body exercises, like planks, bicep curls, and more.


2. Kettlebell Workouts – Engage multiple muscle groups and maximize the burn with dynamic kettlebell routines.


3. Leg Strength Days – Power through leg-focused workouts with squats, lunges, and resistance exercises to build strength and endurance.


4. Cardio & Strength – Get your heart rate up and build muscle with interval training that combines strength and cardio for total body conditioning.
