We've got just the thing for you, and we need YOU to join us!


Introducing our 5-Week Chair Workout Series—a brand-new class designed just for seniors who want to stay healthy, mobile, and strong. This 30-minute session is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy low-impact, full-body exercises from the comfort of a chair. 


What to Expect: 

🧘‍♂️ Simple but effective exercises  

💪 Focus on arms, core, hips, and back  

🧠 Fun brain games to create new neural pathways  

🤗 A supportive, friendly environment


Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or boost balance, this class is for you! It's gentle on the joints but packed with benefits to keep you moving and feeling your best.


When: Thursdays, 11:30 am - 12:00 pm  

Where: Our cozy studio off Langs Road  

Who: Anyone with mobility or joint concerns, including those with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s.
