On the 1st & 15th of each month, you will receive a 15 - 20 minute exercise routine video designed to build your foundational strength. 


Our certified personal trainer, Tanja Akerman, will guide you through these routines with clear, precise instructions (without music), ensuring that you learn the basics effectively. 


All you need are two small weights (1 - 4 lbs) and a positive spirit.
