Need to bring some healthy habits to your life? Tired of starting a routine & stopping? Join this 21-day challenge introducing a daily 2 minute core workout..... Learn how to show up for yourself, set healthy patterns that will start to grow. A new habit must start out as " easy" for it to become apart of your routine and take root..... Classes will be taught in our public Stay Strong & Pass it on Facebook group Mondays, Tuesdays & equipment required! Let us know if you have any modifications required or any health issues we need to be aware of. Make sure your doctor has approved this activity. Please discontinue if you have any: nausea, shortness of breath, light headedness, etc….. Listen to your body at all times. ANY FITNESS ACTIVITY CAN POSE SOME POTENTIAL RISK TO HEALTH. TO REDUCE AND AVOID INJURY, A DOCTOR SHOULD BE CONSULTED BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM. BE SURE THAT THE AREA WITHIN WHICH YOU EXERCISE IS APPROPRIATE FOR PHYSICAL EXERTION.WHE YOU UTILIZE SALT SPRING FITNESS' VIDEOS, YOU ARE PERFORMING EXERCIES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
